Assistant General Manager

We’re hiring: AGM – Sales (Graphics Films) | South India

We are hiring for a senior Individual Contributor role with a leading specialty films manufacturer, focused on developing the Graphics Films business across South India .

Experience required: 8–15 years

Domain: Graphics films / signage / printable films / visual communication products

Sales mix: 50% Channel / Distribution + 50% Project / Specification sales

Geography: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Kerala

This role is ideal for professionals who have worked with:

– Architects, interior designers, PMCs

– Print houses, converters, advertising agencies

– Project-based and channel-driven B2B sales

Location: Bangalore (preferred) / Chennai

CTC: ₹25–30 LPA
