Job Description
Metz Culinary Management is growing and seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to serve as the Assistant General Manager of Dining Services. This position requires a solid background in the Contract Dining Services in an institutional setting such as hospital, university, or school.
The Assistant GM has overall responsibility of food service operations, in front and back of house. He/she institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; overseas the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results. The Assistant Director will serve as The General Manager in their absence.
