Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager – Cost (Civil) will lead the costing, estimation, and cost‑control function for civil projects. The role requires strong expertise in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, project budgeting, tendering, vendor cost evaluation, and monitoring of project cost performance. The candidate will work closely with project, planning, procurement, and finance teams to drive cost efficiency and ensure project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cost Estimation & Budgeting

• Prepare detailed BOQs , rate analysis , and cost estimates for civil works including structural, finishing, infrastructure, and allied services.
• Develop project budgets , aligning with drawings, specifications, and execution methodology.
• Review cost estimates received from consultants/contractors and validate assumptions.
