Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager located in St Catharines / Niagara Falls region. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include assisting in financial management, inventory control, compliance with company standards, and developing strategies to improve both operations and customer satisfaction. Regular collaboration with team members and department heads to achieve organizational goals is also expected.
