Position OverviewThe Assistant General Manager – Sales (AGM Sales) will be a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end sales performance across Commercial Vehicles (CV) and Personal Vehicles (PV) segments. The role demands deep market understanding, strong people leadership, and the ability to execute Mahindra's growth strategy at a district and regional level.
The AGM Sales will work closely with the Dealer Principal, General Manager, OEM representatives, finance partners, and internal teams to ensure sustained market leadership in Hisar and adjoining territories.
