Primary Objective

The Assistant General Manager is a key leadership role in our organization. The primary objective of this role is to grow the centre’s member base. We do this by:

• Enrolling members by helping facilitate and lead the Amazing Trial Experience and providing timely follow up with all trials who didn’t close in centre.
• Vetting trials scheduled for today and tomorrow.
• Delivering an exceptional lobby experience for trials and members.
• Bringing the “hype” in the lobby.
• Responding in a timely manner to member service requests via phone, text and email.
• You are the lead for all ancillary revenue streams including camps, parents night out and birthday parties.
