1. Multi-Outlet Operational Leadership
- Lead and supervise daily operations across all QSR outlets in designated area.
- Enforce and enhance SOPs, service flow, food quality and hygiene at all outlets.
- Partner with Founders to drive outlet P&L performance - labour %, food cost %, and wastage control.

- Oversee outlet supervisors and staff and act as the primary operations contact for the Founders.
