This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of Hyatt Place, maintaining company standards for guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, quality assurance, asset protection, and revenue enhancement, and assisting the hotel general manager. It involves leading the housekeeping, front office, and food & beverage departments, ensuring operational integrity measured by revenue, house profit, and RevPAR index, and participating in hiring, purchasing submissions, and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of management experience, demonstrate leadership and a professional image to associates and guests, and be able to work a flexible schedule due to varying management hours.
