Base pay range: CA$60,000.00/yr - CA$70,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with profitability of the store.
• Utilize Earls’ selection, development and recognition programs.
• Own all front‑of‑house routines, systems and procedures.
• Improve results by developing action plans with leadership team.
• Achieve flawless operations by developing and executing an annual business plan with the General Manager.
