Job Title: Senior Assistant Manager/AGM - GM in 1-2 years
Location: Pickering or Richmond Hill

Job Description: The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing, in tandem with the Senior Assistant Manager with both reporting to the General Manager, all aspects of the Front of the House operations to ensure a seamless and profitable dining experience. This includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining high-quality service standards, and maximizing overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the General Manager:

Exemplifying hospitality for both guests and team members.

Engaging with guests to ensure an exceptional level of satisfaction.

Implementing strategies to boost sales and enhance profitability.

Participating in the hiring process, conducting interviews, onboarding, and training for various roles.

Contributing to the development of Assistant Managers and Supervisors.

Supervising all front-of-house leadership areas to ensure success.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess: 

Over 1 year of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.

Energetic and optimistic attitude.

Exceptional patience and communication abilities.
