£40,000 - £45,000 Per Annum Depending On Experience
Full time and permanent contract
JDR are currently recruiting for an Assistant Growing Manager to join our produce client in the Holbeach area. This is a fantastic opportunity and we're open to speaking with candidates from a variety of backgrounds eg, farming, flowers, chemicals etc. This client offers great opportunities for internal development within the organisation.
This is a full-time on-site role in the Holbeach area, successful candidates must be able to commute to the office daily.
What You'll Be Doing -
Support and assist with the effective growing and harvesting of crops
Maintaining standards of quality, hygiene and safety
Ensure times are met and product is produced to specification and in time for the customer needs
Retain and develop your team including a mixture of internal and agency staff
Monitor and control the general housekeeping of the forcing roo...
