Mielen Silta Ry is an organization focused on promoting mental well-being, emotional safety, and social inclusion for children, families, and communities, with a particular emphasis on multicultural and immigrant families. Our prevention-oriented and community-based work includes early mental health interventions, peer support, culturally sensitive programs, and partnerships with schools and municipalities. Key initiatives include bullying prevention from early childhood to youth, mental health support circles for mothers, grief and loss support programs, digital guidance for integration, and community-based well-being and parenting support. Operating in Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa, we provide services in multiple languages, including Finnish, English, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Somali, and Dari.
