Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant HR Manager to be based in Malaysia tospearhead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations for our client in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Update and establish HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), optimize existing procedures, and supervise the execution
  • Ensure sound HR practices, policies & procedures, and processes are in place to support business operations and fulfill legal and statutory requirements
  • Lead the whole HR & Admin department by providing guidance and direction to subordinates, delegating tasks and supervise to ensure timely completion
  • Manage the recruitment activities to fulfill the company's organizational needs effectively and efficiently by generating strategies and monitor the deployment, including Manpower Planning and Manpower Cost Analysis
