Position Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and passionate HR professional to lead key programs that shape the employee experience across the U.S. In this role, you’ll drive onboarding for Kiewit Energy, and serve as the go-to HR partner for Employee Services. You’ll be at the heart of our mission to support and grow our people, working alongside teams that thrive on collaboration and challenge.

From daily performance management and manager support to reporting, focus interviews, and exit interviews, you’ll help us uncover insights that drive better decisions. You’ll also help execute core HR cycle items and provide everyday support that makes a real difference.
