Job Description

The person in this position is responsible for providing first-class team member relations services to the team members and management team to deliver an excellent team member experience while assisting with Human Resources strategy with Hilton values.

**What will I be doing?**

Assistant Human Resources Manager reports to Director of Human Resources.

Assistant Human Resources Manager will be required to act as deputy Director of Human Resources in his/ her absense; support employee relations and ensure compliance with team member training requirements. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

+ Provide and deliver first-class Team Member Relations services to team members and management team
