Job Description

Human Resources Manager is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of Human Resources plans and programs are realized.

Developing and administering Human Resource plans and procedures that relate to company personnel, planning, organizing, controlling the activities or actions of the Human Resource Department and Contributing to the development of Human Resource Department goals, objectives, and systems.

SCOPE

Enhances the organization Human Resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, employee activity, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Formulates and administers the Human Resources policies and procedures of the hotel.
  • Familiarizes self with corporate HR manual.
