Job Responsibilities

• Provides design coordination, review and monitoring of external ID consultants’ deliverables.
• Facilitates design coordination meetings with external ID consultants, Project Development group and other departments.
• Reviews inter‑office memos for ID recommendations to be approved by top management.
• Reviews initial ID layouts/test‑fits as needed.
• Reviews Notice to Proceed and Letter of Award.
• Reviews necessary document attachments of consultant’s progress billings.
• Reviews proposals/contracts.
• Reviews interior design deliverables submitted by external ID consultant for accuracy and completeness.
• Reviews accreditations, contracts and billings of external ID consultant.
• Manages ID consultant’s timeliness in providing design deliverables.
