Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant IT Finance Manager to join our IT Finance and Vendor Management team, based in Malaysia, that is detail‑oriented and has a strong sense of financial control and risk management. Reporting to the IT Finance Lead / Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the management and oversight for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and control related to IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports relating to IT expenses for project managers and senior management
  • Work with project managers to budget and forecast IT costs for ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Track purchase orders, vendor invoices, and ensure timely payments related to IT project expenditures
  • Collaborate with project managers to gather financial data, review budget draw‑down requests and support cost analysis and cost‑savings initiatives
