Role: Assistant Manager – IT Applications & Support

(LS Central, POS & IT Infrastructure)


Primary Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – IT / POS & ERP Support Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central POS , and retail IT infrastructure . The role will be responsible for end-to-end POS setup, ERP backend support, cloud integrations, hardware and network troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 administration to ensure smooth store and backend operations, while driving continuous improvement in IT systems and processes.

  • Configure LS Central POS , hardware profiles, terminals, and store locations in Dynamics 365 Business Central .
