Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager – IT (AM-IT) will manage end-to-end IT operations for the organization, ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology support. The role is responsible for IT infrastructure, employee IT support, IT vendor management, and HR technology systems (HRMS, attendance) from a system and access perspective.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Operations & Infrastructure Management
Own day-to-day IT operations including laptops, systems, network connectivity, email platforms, and collaboration tools.
Ensure uptime, performance, and security of IT systems across office and remote employees.
Manage IT asset lifecycle: procurement, allocation, maintenance, and recovery.
Implement cost-efficient IT solutions suitable for a growing organization.
