Job Description
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot all IT systems, including PMS, POS, call accounting, HSIA (guest internet), key card systems, IPTV, and back-office applications.
Provide timely support to hotel departments for any IT-related issues.
Ensure all systems run efficiently with minimal downtime.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, printers, and network devices.
Monitor network performance, Wi-Fi connectivity, and ensure secure and stable internet access for guests and staff.
Maintain firewalls, switches, routers, and VPN connections.
Conduct system backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are documented and tested.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.
