ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance for textile machinery (spinning frames, looms, knitting machines, dyeing, printing, finishing machines); ensure minimum machine downtime and fast response to breakdowns; monitor daily maintenance activities and ensure proper job closure and documentation; coordinate maintenance activities with Production to avoid disruption.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Support root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures; assist in machine upgrades, modification, and improvement projects; ensure correct installation, commissioning, and handover of new equipment; provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians and electricians.
• Preventive Maintenance & Asset Management: Implement and update Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules; monitor equipment performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR); assist in maintaining machinery history records and spare...
