Responsibilities
- Assisting Account Manager in managing daily operations of the Account Department.
- Manage effective monthly management report, forecasting report and budgeting report.
- Compute and manage monthly product costing, finished goods costing and stock costing.
- Monitor and reconcile monthly stock closing.
- Liaise with external parties (i.e., company secretary, auditor, tax agent, etc.).
- Monitor the company’s fixed asset registered list and issue tagging numbers for new additions.
- Review all journal entries passed by account executive.
- Check fixed asset, prepayment, deposits, accruals listing and other control lists.
- Prepare sales agent incentive calculation on a monthly basis.
- Prepare sales analysis including local sales analysis, export analysis, sales target report and sales agent income statement for management.
