• North America AP Operations (COE Delivery)
• Own end-to-end AP delivery for US from the captive COE.
• Ensure SLA adherence across invoice processing, vendor master, payments, and month-end close.
• Manage escalations, critical vendors, and stakeholder expectations proactively.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Act as Global Operations Manager / Process Owner for AP
• Drive process standardization, SOPs, and control frameworks across regions.
• Lead global performance reviews covering KPIs, risks, controls, and improvement actions.
• Support transitions, stabilizations, and volume ramp-ups within the COE model.
• Lead multi-level AP teams within the COE across shifts and geographies.
• Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and manage ratings objectively.
• Coach team members on ownership, decision-making, stakeholder management, and quality.
• Build bench strength, succession plans, and a strong leadership pipeline.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and drive automation, digitization, and productivity improvements.
• Partner with IT and Transformation teams on ERP, workflow, and RPA initiatives.
• Drive root-cause analysis, Kaizens, and defect reduction
• Ensure strong control environment, segregation of duties, and audit readiness.
• Own remediation of audit findings and mitigation of operational risks
Essential
• 12–15+ years in Accounts Payable / Finance Operations, preferably in a COE or captive setup.
• Strong experience managing North America AP.
• Proven people-management and coaching capability.
Preferable
• Hands-on experience with ERPs (SAP / Oracle / Coupa / Ariba).
• Strong analytical, communication, and change-management skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree/MBA in Finance
