Job DescriptionWe are hiring an Assistant Manager Administration & Facilities to manage day-to-day office administration and facilities operations. The role focuses on smooth office functioning, vendor coordination, compliance, and employee support in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage daily office administration and facilities operations

Handle vendors for housekeeping, pantry, security, maintenance, etc.

Manage contracts, AMCs, invoices, and payments

Ensure office hygiene, safety standards, and compliance

Coordinate front office, travel, and office events

Support employee engagement and workplace experience

Prepare MIS reports and support budgeting activities
-
Supervise support staff and ensure SOP compliance

Experience: 5 8 years in Administration & Facilities

Education: Graduate (Hospitality background preferred)
