Job Description

We are hiring an Assistant Manager Administration & Facilities to manage day-to-day office administration and facilities operations. The role focuses on smooth office functioning, vendor coordination, compliance, and employee support in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office administration and facilities operations

  • Handle vendors for housekeeping, pantry, security, maintenance, etc.

  • Manage contracts, AMCs, invoices, and payments

  • Ensure office hygiene, safety standards, and compliance

  • Coordinate front office, travel, and office events

  • Support employee engagement and workplace experience

  • Prepare MIS reports and support budgeting activities

  • Supervise support staff and ensure SOP compliance

Requirements
  • Experience: 5 8 years in Administration & Facilities

  • Education: Graduate (Hospitality background preferred)

  • Location: Mumbai

  • Preference: Female candidates
