Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Project Sales to drive business growth in the architectural hardware segment. The ideal candidate will manage key projects, build strong relationships with architects, builders, and consultants, and ensure successful execution from lead generation to project closure.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage project sales opportunities
Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, PMC, and contractors
Generate leads through site visits, networking, and market mapping
Manage complete sales cycle – enquiry to order closure
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate terms
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, dispatch) for smooth execution
Track project progress and ensure timely deliveries
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM and prepare MIS reports
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Represent the organization at industry events and exhibitions
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of architectural hardware products
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Strong project management capability
Client relationship management
Business development mindset
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point & CRM tools
Candidate Profile
7+ years of experience in Project Sales (Architectural Hardware mandatory)
Proven track record of handling large projects
Strong network with architects, builders & consultants
Willingness to travel for site visits & client meetings
Strategic thinker with execution capability
