Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure government & institutional projects for Architectural products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, government departments, and consultants.
Map upcoming projects and ensure inclusion in specifications & tender processes.
Drive sales from lead generation to closure for large-scale institutional projects.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in line with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams for timely execution and delivery of projects.
Track competitors, market trends, and government procurement patterns.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in the project segment.
Requirements:
Any Graduate,. MBA preferred.
5+ years of proven experience in project sales, specifically handling government and institutional projects (construction/building materials/architectural hardware industry preferred).
Strong network with architects, consultants, and government procurement agencies.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven with the ability to manage end-to-end project sales cycle.
