About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Qlik Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade analytics solutions using Qlik Sense, QlikView, and NPrinting. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and cross-functional IT teams in an Agile delivery environment.

The ideal candidate is technically strong in Qlik, understands data modeling best practices, and is willing to learn and work with Google Workspace technologies such as Google AppSheet and Google Apps Script to support lightweight app development and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance dashboards and applications using Qlik Sense and QlikView


  • Build optimized data models using Qlik’s associative engine, applying best practices for performance and scalability


  • Develop and manage NPrinting reports (pixel-perfect, Excel, PowerPoint, and HTML outputs)


  • Write efficient Qlik load scripts (QVD layer, incremental loads, transformations, and joins)


  • Implement set analysis, advanced expressions, variables, master items and Security


  • Ensure performance optimization, governance, and reusability across Qlik apps


  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions


  • Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and application enhancements


  • Work in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives


  • Show willingness to learn and contribute using Google AppSheet, Apps Script, and other Google Workspace tools


  • Follow documentation standards and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in:


    Qlik Sense


    QlikView


    NPrinting


  • Strong expertise in:


    Qlik data modeling and associative principles


    Set analysis and advanced expressions


    QVD architecture and layered data models


    Performance tuning and optimization


    Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology

    • Nice to Have / Willingness to Learn

  • Exposure or strong interest in:


    Google AppSheet


    Google Apps Script


    Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Drive, Forms, etc.)


  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP and AWS)


  • Knowledge of data governance and security rules

  • Work Mode: Work from Office for 1st 6 months, later hybrid
  • Department: Global Hub Analytics and Reporting (GHAR)
  • Shift Timing: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM Evening drop available for locations within travel boundaries

  • Hierarchy: Associate - Senior Associate - Process Lead - Assistant Manager - Deputy Manager - Manager - Senior Manager – Executive Committee
