Assistant Manager
Be the right hand to the General Manager and help lead the restaurant to daily success through strong leadership and hands-on teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Support the GM in overseeing daily store operations
- Lead and coach team members to meet performance goals
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly
- Enforce safety, sanitation, brand standards and company policies
- Supervise team members and assign shift tasks
- Ensure quality, speed, and service standards are met
- Open or close the restaurant based on schedule
- Handle cash deposits and shift paperwork
- Resolve minor issues and escalate when needed
- Promote teamwork and a positive work environment
