Roles and Responsibility

The Assistant Manager/Manager Brand Marketing should be adynamic self-starter with extensive experience in brand campaign management,brand communication, social media management, content strategy, publicrelations and handling multiple stakeholders such as agencies and vendors. Thisperson would be responsible for creating the company’s brand strategy across verticals with inputs fromboth internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Definethe brand voice and identity across channels.
  • Ideate,develop, and work on all brand marketing campaigns.
  • Managesocial media campaigns and day to day activities across all social media platforms.
  • Planand implement brand, social media & public relations strategy and takeownership of the projects and deliver within timelines.
  • Coordinateand manage all agencies and third-party vendors.
  • Maintainspend trackers, manage PO generation, invoice tracking, etc.
  • Regularanalysis of data and report preparation
  • Coordinatewith internal teams such as product, design, finance, etc.
  • Workon Product marketing campaigns and consistently engage with influencers.Amplify major product releases/innovations through PR & social media.
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • Full Time Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Journalism,Mass communication, PR/Advertising.
  • 4-6 years of experience in managing brands.
  • Strongcreative writing skills with impeccable command over grammar.
  • High energy and drive to work in a startup environment.
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, workwithin a marketing team, and other departments.
  • Savvy about social media trends including Facebook,Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Good analytical skills are a plus.
