In this role, you'll work closely with the Art Program Manager to ensure our participants receive exceptional support and opportunities for artistic growth. You'll oversee a talented team of Art Instructors, providing mentorship, training, and professional development to help them thrive. Your leadership will ensure that every class and interaction reflects the highest standards of care and creativity.
