Assistant Manager - Share Plan Team EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent DEPARTMENT: Employer Solutions DIVISION: Institutional Client Services WORKPLACE STRUCTURE: Hybrid ROLE OVERVIEW PURPOSE OF JOB The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading some of the Share PlanAdministration Team delivery team in daily processes. You must have the ability to manage and lead amulti-client delivery team. The Assistant Manager, in addition to looking afteraspects of staff management, must have a sound technical understanding of theadministration of Share Plans, with a focus on efficiencies, quality, processimprovement and consistently delivering to client service levels.
