Job Description

Oversee the efficient day‑to‑day operation of property management, including maintenance, utilities, facilities, and security functions.

Compile project handover documents, manage M&E warranties and manuals, and prepare operational budgets.

Plan, implement, and monitor maintenance programs for common areas, facilities, and fire safety systems in compliance with statutory and BOMBA requirements.

Appoint, tender, and manage external service providers and contractors, ensuring proper insurance coverage, contract compliance, and performance evaluation.

Review and approve maintenance schedules, track defects and rectification works, and prepare periodic reports for management evaluation.

Ensure compliance with house rules, local bylaws, and relevant legislation including SMA and STA requirements.
