Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Building Maintenance plays a key leadership role in overseeing building maintenance operations across both Wildcat and Attitash. This position ensures the efficient operation, inspection, and upkeep of all Base Area Facilities at both resorts. The Assistant Manager coordinates and supervises the daily activities of building maintenance technicians, overseeing routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance on utilities (gas, water, sewer, electrical), commercial kitchen equipment, and building electro‑mechanical systems.
In addition, this role partners with custodial, grounds, and parking teams to support a safe, functional, and guest‑ready environment. The Assistant Manager sets priorities, allocates resources across both resorts, and collaborates with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
