Requirements:
  • Must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management/Building Technology/Electrical Engineering or any relevant qualificationsRelevant experience in mall/building operations of 2-3 years will be highly regardedHas integrity, has initiative and is responsibleHas the ability to communicate well and effectivelyAble to make good judgments / decisions in unfamiliar situationsAble to lead, guide, plan and organise work for the operations teamAbility to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English is essential. Knowledge of other languages will be highly regardedAble to use Microsoft Office programs confidentlyAble to communicate well with people of different backgroundsTechnical knowledge will be highly regarded
