About the Role
Lead the functional team of business analysts / UAT Testers, supervises the implementation of different operations initiatives and projects with visionary and innovative solutions.Lead the UAT and Business Analysis function and ensure high-quality delivery of initiatives, enhancements and BAU support.
Analyze operations and continuously identify improvement opportunities, risks and recommendations to enhance service quality.
Provide technical and strategic guidance to stakeholders, aligning processes and models with operational nuances.
Ensure UAT standards, procedures and documentation are established, maintained and followed across all projects.
