Assistant Manager, Business Development

Responsibilities

Responsible for the full spectrum of business development functions.

Business Development process from marketing->quotation ->design finalization->prototype->NPI->quality

To monitor market trend & develop market analysis/strategies, discovering and exploring new business opportunities.

Responsible for providing leadership and vision in the sales functions and ensuring that all plans and programs are effectively implemented.

Foster strong working relationship between the customers and the production team.

Develop new accounts, providing quotes to clients as well as product information as requested.

Participate in new product development and prototype build.

Work with Engineering/QA to continuously improve process yield and quality level.

Ensure deliveries of sales KPI and play an active role in sales forecasting & reports.
