As a Business Development Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting Axirium's growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and assisting in market expansion initiatives. This role is ideal for an energetic MBA graduate eager to build a career in aerospace sales, partnerships, and strategic growth within a fast-scaling manufacturing startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support lead generation, prospect research, and market mapping for global aerospace customers.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, RFQs (Requests for Quotation), and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to support customer requirements.
