Role Summary

The Assistant Manager – BU Finance will act as the primary finance partner and budget controller for Sales & G&A cost centers.

This role is responsible for end-to-end oversight of Sales & G&A -related costs, including commissions, incentives, and contractual sales spend, while ensuring strong governance, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.

The role requires close collaboration with leadership, FP&A, Accounting, and Legal, combining financial rigor with practical business understanding.

The role is based out of Bangalore and will help drive global finance practices and will part of FP&A function.
