Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Digitalisation & Process Innovation: Lead the digital transformation of administrative workflows, converting manual/PDF processes into automated solutions using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and related tools. Identify inefficiencies, design streamlined solutions, and implement sustainable, digital-first processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Collect, maintain, and analyse graduate student data on enrolment, progress, and outcomes. Develop dashboards to monitor programme performance and prepare clear, data-driven reports and presentation decks for School leadership to support decision-making.
Marketing & Outreach: Assist in promoting NTU EEE graduate research programmes by preparing publicity materials (brochures, web content, social media), coordinating online/onsite information sessions, outreach events, and campaigns, and su...
