Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet project milestones and budgets.
- Construction Management: Oversee civil construction activities including foundations, structural works, earthworks, concrete works, and finishing, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Technical Supervision: Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve design and construction challenges efficiently.
- Quality Assurance and Control: Implement and monitor rigorous quality control procedures and inspections to maintain the highest standards of workmanship and materials.
