Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of existing and new client accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with SEO, SMO, Media Buying, Content & Creative teams
• Track campaign performance, analytics, and reporting
• Break down briefs into clear actionable tasks for teams
• Ensure timely delivery, quality output, and client satisfaction
• Support client retention, renewals, and business growth
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and share strategic insights
• Monitor account lifecycle and identify growth opportunities
Skills and Competencies
• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing / account management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Team collaboration & coordination skills
• Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
