Objective:
As an Assistant Manager – Compliance & Governance, you will support the organization in ensuring fair, compliant, and well-governed people practices. The role focuses on managing employee relations cases, maintaining HR policies and documentation, and strengthening process discipline and consistency. Your contribution will help protect the organization from people risk, improve compliance, and ensure that HR decisions are applied with clarity, fairness, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Case Management
•Manage and support employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, misconduct investigations, and performance-related issues.
•Ensure all cases are handled in line with company policies, labor law, and governance standards.
•Maintain detailed and accurate case files, evidence, and outcomes.
•Identify trends, repeat issues, and high-risk areas, and escalate concerns appropriately.
