Assistant Manager-Compliance
Qualification & Experience:
- 5 years- experience in compliance or another safeguarding function such as Risk, Legal, Audit with a strong understanding of process & control design
- Any degree from a university with experience in business administration or compliance management or audit management or related field.
- Proven experience in an international/diverse working environment, with a willingness to travel globally.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred.
- Ability to collaboratively challenge across all levels of seniority and manage tasks in demanding situations.
- Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, conflict management skills, and presentation techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Actively participate in the recruitment process for qualified Compliance Officers, manage vacancy creation, rehire requests, and job descriptions. Facilitate onboarding by coordinating technical training with topic owners and supporting new joiners through coordination with local HR for organizational onboarding and tools access.
- Oversight & Reporting: Monitor through reports, compliance processes across the Horizontal and Vertical Organizations to ensure adherence to external requirements and internal corporate rules. Provide periodic data analysis reports and dashboards to stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of compliance-relevant information.
- Global Standardization & Process Improvement: Document, monitor, and improve the processes of the Compliance function. Collaborate with key departments to enhance work processes and tools, promoting a culture of integrity and compliance.
- Training & Development: Manage global training curriculum for Compliance Officers, focusing on technical skills and personal development opportunities. Coordinate activities for skill development and manage compliance trainings for all employees.
- Risk Management: Implement actions to identify, assess, mitigate, and report compliance risks associated with access and work tools. Define access types to compliance tools and monitor granted accesses.
