Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation/Ensure the sustainability of Operations Standards across Health and safety, 5S and visual Management, Performance Management, Process Management, Business Continuity and Continuous Improvement.
• Identify and implement/conduct operational improvement studies on productivity, waste identification, and elimination of waste at the operational level.
• Lead Continuous Improvement workshops for assigned areas such as VSM, Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and 8D Problem-Solving.
