A customer-first professional who can manage the entire customer journey while orchestrating the operational complexity of a premium flower business. You'll own customer relationships and use operations as your instrument to deliver exceptional experiences.

This is a full-time Assistant Manager role where CRM and operations are deeply integrated. You will be the guardian of customer experience while managing the day-to-day operational execution that makes those experiences possible.
This role will be based out of our dispatch centre in New Delhi.
Experience & Compensation
2-4 years of experience in customer-facing operations, CRM, or service delivery roles (hospitality, e-commerce, premium services, or similar fast-paced environments).
Salary range: 4-5 LPA
