Assistant Manager, Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Source-to-Target Mapping: Analyze source systems to define data structures and create comprehensive mapping documentation for target systems.
• Migration Logic: Define the business rules and transformation logic required to move data while maintaining referential integrity.
• Validation & Reconciliation: Perform audit checks (row counts, hash totals, and logic testing) to ensure zero data loss during migrations.
• Legacy Decommissioning: Validate that data is successfully transitioned before legacy databases are archived or sunset.
• Master Data Management (MDM) & Governance — MDM Strategy: Develop and enforce rules for creating Golder Records (e.g., merging duplicate customer or product entries).
• Data Profiling: Conduct deep-dive analysis using SQL to identify anomalies, duplicates, and quality gaps in large datasets.
