Job Summary
The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) is responsible for independently managing EHS functions at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The role ensures full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate EHS requirements, effective management of environmental systems and occupational safety, and readiness for regulatory and customer audits.
Key Responsibilities
1. Environment Management

Ensure full compliance with Environmental regulations (CPCB/SPCB, MoEF&CC, local statutory bodies).

Independently manage ETP/STP , ZLD systems (if applicable), air pollution control systems, and environmental monitoring.

Oversee hazardous waste, solvent waste, used oil, e-waste, plastic waste, and biomedical waste
