Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional for the role of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Transmission Line (Marketing & Tendering). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in marketing and tendering for turnkey transmission line projects up to 220 kV. The position requires a proactive individual with an ability to drive business development, manage tenders effectively, and convert bids into successful orders across domestic and international markets.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead marketing and tendering activities for turnkey transmission line projects (up to 220 kV).




  • Identify business opportunities, participate in project marketing, and build strong client relationships globally.




  • Prepare, review, and submit tenders, proposals, technical documents, and commercial bids.




  • Ensure timely follow-up on tenders and convert bids into confirmed orders.




  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to support business growth.




  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, finance, logistics, project teams) for successful bid preparation.




  • Represent the organization in domestic & international meetings, presentations, and discussions.




  • Manage documentation, approvals, and compliance related to tender processes.




  • Support management in strategic planning and business expansion in transmission line projects.




Desired Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong understanding of transmission line projects up to 220 kV.




  • Proven experience in marketing, tendering, and bid management for turnkey power transmission projects.




  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.




  • Ability to convert tenders into profitable business orders.




  • Proactive, go-getter attitude with a strong flair for marketing.




  • International exposure in project marketing will be an added advantage.




  • Knowledge of French language is preferred.




Technical Skills:




  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Projects, and PowerPoint (PPT).




  • Strong documentation, analytical, and project coordination capabilities.
