• Engineering Strategies & Goals: Develop engineering strategies, goals, and objectives to ensure the organization exceeds customer expectations
• Application Engineering: Drive application engineering, focusing on engineering excellence and optimization
• KPIs: Focus on KPIs related to product design and product life cycle management
• New Product Development: Oversee new product development and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Design Thinking Implementation: Implement design thinking practices in product development
• Gross Contribution Management: Manage gross contribution (sales - RMC) for B to A projects, maintaining and improving it through design to cost strategies
